Get ready for an innovative and creative full-body sculpting workout with the beloved Pilates "Magic Circle" The workout is broken down into four multi-level routines, with the lead instructor demonstrating the intermediate/advanced version, and a second instructor demonstrating a modified variation.
The exercises incorporate the circle to both challenge your body in new ways and help guide you toward proper form. Expert teachers Kristen Matthews and Andrea Speir bring their experience and passion for Pilates to get you your true Pilates body.
